Review: My daughter said this is her favorite jazz shoe as she can turn really well without breaking it in. It has the right amount of grip and slip. It does seem to run small so sizing up may be beneficial.

Title: Normal, measured size 7.5N in most shoes, bought size 8N and its too small
Review: So we received the 9N and it was also TOO Small!!!! Does Bloch think that narrow feet are also short??! Completely ridiculous that the sizing is this different. Feel badly for Amazon, not their fault, but they are losing money on shipping back and forth!These are fine jazz shoes, but my daughter who normally wears, AND measures a size 7.5N tried these on in an 8N and they were too small… so small in fact, we are going to buy a 9N… Is it really that hard to make shoes in one standard sizing???? Would save everyone time and money! I do appreciate the fact that Bloch makes narrow sizes though!

Title: Cute and comfortable shoes, but size carefully
Review: Sizing is kind of a nightmare for dance shoes — we went through 3 pairs of shoes before we got it right. My daughter wears a 3.5-4 “big kid” shoe, and she wound up in a size 6 for this style. But, sizing aside, they are wonderful shoes and she’s been very happy with them. Comfortable and flexible enough that she even wears them around the house just because she likes the way they feel on her feet. They look stylish too. As part of trying different sizes we ordered a similar pair from Danzcue, and the Bloch pairs seemed to be slightly more flexible and slightly better leather, and we preferred having the elastic on the side rather the top. So, if you can get the size worked out (and really, when in doubt, order up!!!), the Bloch brand and this particular style can’t be beat.

Title: Great Product EVEN BETTER SERVICE “Online Dancewear”
Review: I buy a lot of things on Amazon because I simply do not like going to Malls and by and large I have had very positive results and nothing has ever been less than satisfactory. I tell you this because it is against that standard that I rank this vendor at the very “tippy top” of quality customer service with a special acknowledgement to Danielle who understands the value of phenomenal customer service.We ordered a pair of the shoes and they run a little small according to other reviews so we order a half size larger than usual, but when they arrived (2 days later)my daughter could just barely get her feet into the shoes and dancing would have been impossible. We contacted the company (on a Sunday) and almost immediately received an email saying that they were not available on Sunday’s (which seemed very reasonable), but that they would contact us Monday. About an hour later we received an email from Danielle saying that she would personally see to it that the shoes were shipped on Monday and that she would send two pairs a size and a size and a half larger and that we could return the original purchase and the other extra pair once we determined the best fit.Short of flying to our area and putting the shoes on my daughter, there isn’t a possibility that we could have had a better solution proposed and this all happened in time for a performance on Thursday.So, bottom line, if you need a great product and you want customer service at the highest level, stop looking around Amazon and shop with Danielle at “Online Dancewear”, she represents the best of what Amazon has to offer…Thank you once again Danielle.

Title: Good quality and need to size up
Review: My daughter dances 4-8 hours during the week and is on the competitive team. She wears an adult size 8 consistently in converse, sandals, boots and she did need the size 9. We tried 8.5 and 9.5 also and returned them successfully. The shoes are good quality as they have just enough stretch and as new they did not hurt her feet. It is pricey and worth it because she wears them so much.
