Title: Must have for weight lifting!
Review: Super comfortable. I can feel the raised heel which is awesome for squats and deadlifts. Cheaper and price friendly alternative to the Metcon 9’s. I wouldn’t recommend running long distance or at all for that matter because, for me, the heel feels a bit heavy compared to running shoes. The color combination is eye catching. All around a great lifting shoe.
